Taskmill’s agile project management experts have led even POP Bank’s most critical development projects while streamlining ways of working. Together with POP Bank’s team, Taskmill has designed efficient operating models that take into account the specific requirements and unique characteristics of each project.

Taskmill’s agile project manager coordinated POP’s mobile banking system renewal, a multi-vendor project led by the bank’s business team and involving mobile and banking system suppliers. The project was carried out using agile methods from start to finish.
Taskmill’s Agile Leadership Consultant, Elina Kervinen, served as the project manager for an international and highly complex system overhaul project. She also operated as an interim Program Director for part of the project. Thanks to Elina, POP Bank’s business teams were able to transition to transitioned to agile methods.
“Both communication and transparency improved significantly once we started managing our work with agile methods and tools,” says Program Director Juha Hallikas.
In addition to agile project management, Taskmill’s team has served POP Bank as finance industry experts. Business Analyst Consultant Elina Jokinen contributed to coordinating the reporting structure of the system overhaul and simplifying the loan product portfolio.
