The learning goal of the OKR game is to practice formulating high-quality objectives and key results. During the game, teams evaluate their own and each other’s objectives and key results, thus receiving valuable feedback and insights on how well the set objectives advance the organization’s overall strategy. This creates an environment where continuous improvement and learning are at the forefront, ensuring that all levels of the organization are aligned with common goals.
Learning objectives
- Identify and evaluate the characteristics of objectives and key results.
- Increase understanding of the relationship between strategy and change initiatives with OKR goals.
- Enhance the ability to work on objectives in a group.
- Develop internal team interaction in creating objectives.
Duration of the workshop: 3 hours, including a break.

Mervi has over 10 years of experience in various projects and developing PMO operations. They also have several years of experience in implementing and scaling the OKR goal management model. Mervi is a passionate project management developer who places people at the center of action during change.
