Elina has a good business acumen, and is often successful in elaborating and crystallizing the meaning of agile change to all organizational levels, including the top management.

Kristiina Lindh

Kristiina is responsible for Taskmill’s HR issues, competence development and acts as a supervisor for experts. She is also an expert in goal-oriented leadership, business-oriented technology development, board work and transformations of expert organizations as well as digital business solutions and product development. Kristiina helps customers in strategy implementation, goal-oriented leadership, leadership development and increasing organizations ability to change. Kristiina has accumulated her business and people leadership experience as CEO at Smartum and in leadership positions at OP Pohjola and SOK.

Heidi serves as a Business Development Lead, responsible for business development, new customer acquisition, and growing existing client relationships. Her background as a cultural producer and sales professional combines precision, creativity, and strategic thinking. Her strong experience in sales, customer acquisition, event production, and project management across various industries enables her to identify opportunities and build sustainable solutions. Heidi is a solution-oriented, innovative, and goal-driven team player who enjoys taking on new challenges.
Rita Saastamoinen
Rita works as our financial specialist. Her job description focuses on financial and personnel management tasks, such as invoice processing, payment and follow-up, as well as managing salary and contract matters. In addition, Rita assists in tasks related to sales and marketing.
Tarja Pehtonen
Tarja Pehtonen has over 15 years of experience in testing and quality assurance within the finance and IT sectors. She has worked as a test manager and IT specialist in demanding projects, being responsible for test planning, coordination, and ensuring system quality. Tarja’s core expertise includes test management, developing testing processes, and testing banking- and insurance systems.
Antti Oikarinen
Antti is an experienced quality assurance professional with a proven track record in leading international teams and managing multi-vendor environments. He has a strong background in guiding cross-functional teams, supporting high-quality software development, driving business growth through data-driven decision-making and ensuring customer success at every stage of the process.
Auli Mikkonen
Auli is a versatile and experienced professional with over 20 years of experience in developing systems, services, and operating models in various roles, particularly in the telecommunications and financial sectors. She began her IT career as an application developer and system specialist, and has since led numerous projects in different capacities, utilizing both the waterfall model and various agile methodologies. She has also served as a supervisor and coach for technical teams. Her strengths include a hands-on, solution-oriented, and customer-centric approach. Auli excels at building team spirit and motivating people to perform at their best. In addition, she quickly grasps even large and complex entities.
Eduard Kempi
Eduard has over 15 years of international experience in product development, technology consulting, and managing development projects. He has held key roles in large enterprises and has also run his own tech startup. He brings strong expertise in agile tools and in leveraging AI in product development. Eduard’s strengths include an entrepreneurial mindset, and he greatly enjoys developing customer-centric products and services.
Hanna Havulinna
Hanna’s core expertise lies in change management. She leads IT projects using agile methods, guides organizations through change in a structured way, and supports different stakeholder groups in adopting new ways of working. As a change coach, Hanna ensures that change becomes visible through concrete everyday actions. Hanna works naturally in international multi-vendor environments, where success requires clear communication, cultural awareness, and alignment of diverse stakeholder objectives. Her strong language skills enable smooth collaboration across organizational and national boundaries. Hanna’s superpower is customer centricity: she carefully analyzes client needs and builds solutions that support both business goals and people’s ability to work effectively during change. With a background as a language specialist, she began her career as a lecturer in Italian. Today, she prefers speaking the language of agility and acts as a bridge between business and development teams.
Helena Federley
Helena has over 20 years of experience in the financial sector and its various domains. She has been involved in delivering several successful system renewals, large-scale initiatives, and complex migration projects. Helena’s core strengths lie in project management and in translating business needs into clear, solution-oriented technical specifications, without losing sight of schedules or budgets. She is a people-centered project manager who emphasizes collaboration. Helena drives projects forward through joint effort, and her sparring mindset helps stakeholders identify the best solutions. Her key strength is the ability to connect business, technology, and people in a way that supports project success and builds trust within teams.
Inka Sarén
Inka has over 20 years of experience in business development as well as in leading projects, programs, and teams on both the client and service provider sides. Inka is known for earning clients’ trust and for her ability to build winning teams. Leila Ovaska
Leila is an expert in quality assurance and testing, with over 30 years of experience primarily in the finance and insurance sectors. She has served as a Test Manager but are also proficient in hands-on testing work. Leila has experience with various testing methods and tools. She is analytical, persistent, and detail-oriented. Her extensive experience and versatile skills make them a true professional in testing and quality assurance.
Maija Autti
Maija knows the secrets of software development like the back of her hand! During her career, Maija has, for example, led various projects and small-scale development, developed systems in a multi-supplier environment, and been responsible for testing and quality assurance. With vast experience, Maija is also an agile master – for example, rationalizing operating methods and processes are things Maija is familiar with. Maija has also seen first-hand that agile methods familiar from software development can indeed be applied regardless of industry, for example in finance or trade.
Markus Laatikainen
Markus has over fifteen years of experience in implementing and developing various agile methods and frameworks, such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban. He has helped numerous organizations achieve significant improvements in agility, team collaboration, and productivity. With a strong background in the banking and financial sector, he excels at facilitating change, removing obstacles, and promoting continuous improvement. Markus’s coaching is solution-focused and hands-on, ensuring concrete results and readiness for ongoing change.
Mikko Piiroinen
Mikko is the dream member of any development team, whether you need an efficient Scrum Master to speed up the team, or a trusted Product Owner to crystalize the targets. Mikko understands the team dynamics well, and gets along smoothly with different team stakeholders from designers to end users and developers. Mikko’s toolbox includes any needed frameworks from Scrum to Kanban and LeSS to SAFe, and the necessary tools from Trello to Jira. Mikko has a previous background as journalist so he is also a fluent content producer.
Mila Hildén
Mila has broad and versatile experience in developing systems, services, and operating models across software development, finance, and the gaming industry. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience in leading projects and agile teams, both as a Product Owner and as a Project Manager. She has also been involved in planning and executing large-scale development initiatives as well as developing PMO functions. In addition, Mila has contributed extensively to building organization-wide operating models and processes, particularly to support strategic leadership and agile ways of working — including change management (incl. the OKR framework), project management, product management, and quality management.
Minna Mäki
Minna is a finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry. She is particularly skilled in clear and impactful communication across different stakeholders and works naturally with both experts and management. She is driven by a strong desire to continuously learn and understand the underlying reasons behind things – Minna asks “why” before considering “how.” This mindset makes her a valuable partner in development and change initiatives.
Timo Ruottinen
Timo truly has the know-how to implement agile! He started his career hands-on, working with code and architecture. Since then, Timo has worked both as a team coach and supervisor and driven important development goals as a product manager. His solid experience and successes and some coincidences has made Timo a confident do-er who doesn’t crack under pressure, and whose coaching and calm grip makes him a great addition to any team.
Tomi Korpela
Tomi has more than 25 years of experience in IT development. During his career, he has worked, among other roles, as a hands-on application developer, system expert, technology director and IT architect. During the last few year Tomi’s tasks have been oriented towards the agile world – he has, for example, led development teams to more rational ways of working, acted as a Scrum Master in critical projects, and coordinated the activities of stakeholders. Equipped with many tools, Tomi has learned that the most important thing is to not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Toni Takala
Toni brings over 11 years of experience from the insurance and IT sectors, and he’s used to working in an agile way – both as a team lead and a hands-on expert. He’s built solutions that truly support the customer’s everyday needs and has led development as both a product owner and a consultant. Toni gets excited about solving problems and seeing teams create meaningful results together. At Taskmill, Toni helps our clients build agile ways of working that don’t just sound good – they deliver real outcomes and satisfied people.
Ulla Lehtonen
Ulla is a hands-on change facilitator and implementer who helps teams and stakeholders set goals, deliver value, and stay motivated when adopting new ways of working. She is a professional in product leadership and agile methods, with broad experience in guiding software development teams as well as applying agility in other types of work. In her work, Ulla emphasizes psychological safety, collaboration, a culture of experimentation, and building shared understanding. Her key strengths are authenticity, appreciation of others, and flexibility.
Ville-Veikko Järvilehto
Ville-Veikko has one decade of experience in software and service development as a product owner and Scrum Master, complemented by expertise in music, intellectual property rights, and media industries. He has been involved in many larger and smaller system projects, in addition to always being part of developing the ways of working and processes in work communities. Ville-Veikko’s strengths include coordinating technical details and commercial objectives and acting as a translator between these stakeholders.
Virpi Repo
Virpi is a professional in operational development, specializing in designing and improving operating models from executive level to team level. She has built Lean- and agile-based operating models for organizations of various sizes and led their implementation, including training and enablement. The objectives of these operating model transformations have included faster lead times, increased transparency, reduced waste, improved customer value, and more effective collaboration. In addition to developing operating models, Virpi has worked as an Agile Coach and as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe trains consisting of 7–14 teams. In her work, she combines strong business and IT understanding, acts proactively, and drives initiatives decisively to completion. She is especially known for her hands-on approach — she engages deeply in her work with strong commitment and a genuine customer service mindset.
Anne Ellonen
Anne has nearly 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, and she enjoys working in the agile development of digital services, where customer experience and service accessibility are at the core. Anne excels in roles that operate at the intersection of business and IT, such as Product Owner or Solution/Business Analyst. In addition, she has gained extensive experience across various roles, ranging from testing to project management. Anne’s strengths include a solution-oriented and proactive approach in any task she undertakes, as well as a broad understanding of insurance industry processes and regulation gained through her long career.
